Caribbean favorites to celebrate the Holiday Season.  If you're Jamaica, you know there is no Christmas without our favorite Black Cake and Sorrel. The Jamaican black cake can also be served as a wedding cake with royal icing, but traditionally this is made during the holiday season.  This particular rum cake is a Bahama rum cake.
